To clarify your requirements, first try to answer the following questions:
- Which languages will be interpreted?
- Will you need consecutive or simultaneous interpretation?
- In the case of simultaneous interpretation:
- a) How many participants will there be at your event?
- b) Is interpretation equipment available at the location for the event?
- c) If not, how many microphones and what type will be needed?
- d) How many infrared receivers (stations) for interpretation will be needed?
- What is the topic for interpretation? Can you provide background materials to aid preparation?
- Where will the event take place?
